Valuable blend composed of only Arabica coffee carefully selected from the best cultivations in Central America, very aromatic and sweet.
The separate roasting of Arabica and Robusta origins ensures balance and roundness and the different cooking temperatures bring out the best qualities of the different varieties.
A medium extraction (about 40 ml.) is preferable to enhance the peculiarities of this blend of decaffeinated coffee. The perfect balance between the varieties used contributes to the right balance between the body of the robust varieties, which also ensure a good creaminess in the cup and the sweetness of the fruity aroma of the Arabica varieties.
